Oxy Powder Colon Cleanser: Day 5

Hi all,

My body is still feeling good and this cleanse is so gentle that I am not even noticing that I am on it.

So I have decided to up the dosage by one extra pill. I have been taking four every night before I go to bed so the next time I'll take five!

This morning I had to go to the bathroom three times within 1-2 hours after I woke up, after that my stomach has been calm and I haven't noticed anything unusual.

Once again, I do not have much to share since the cleanse hasn't had any severe side-effects that I could report.

In the evening I snacked on some pistachio nuts and dates (yum!) so I won't be taking the pills before bed.

I will instead take them when I wake up, one hour before my first meal as per the instructions.

I'll put up my day 6 report on this same page tomorrow since I don't have so much to report it feels unnecessary to split it up into two pages :)

Day 6

Almost done with the cleanse!

I really need to stop exercising a few hours after breakfast when my stomach is empty. Today I went out with my dog and half-way through my bloodsugar hit the ground. I really hate that weak feeling!

I didn't feel any difference in taking one extra pill and I only had a couple of bowel movements this morning, what's up with that? They were pretty big though :)

Today I felt well enough to work out, it felt goood!

I think I will add another pill, so I will be taking six pills tonight.

P.S. I understand why there aren't many personal reviews of colon cleansers, it's pretty far outside my comfort zone to write about bowel movements, gas, constipation and other stomach related issues.
