Oxy Powder Colon Cleanser: Day 2

Heya, I'm back :)

Yesterday just before going to bed I felt a bit uncomfortable because of too much intestinal gas. I woke up once in the middle of the night and had to go to the toilet, it is very unusual for me to have to go at night!

I woke up with a sore throat today. I don't know if it's some kind of detoxification or if it is because I snacked a bit of bread throughout the day yesterday (my body doesn't react all that well to wheat).

At noon I felt nauseous like you do when you're about to get the flu, it lasted for about an hour.

For the rest of the day I felt run down and tired, it felt like I was about to get sick, so I had to cancel my workout plans for the day.

I guess I might have underestimated the detox symptoms, who knows!

I ate lighter meals today such as vegetable soup and a banana smoothie to let my body rest and hopefully heal faster.

Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow, we'll see :)
