What Are Enema Kits?

An enema kit contains all the equipment you need in order to do a proper enema.

You can usually buy a kit from your local pharmacy.

If you would much rather order online then there are several places you can go, I'll recommend one in a second.

It's also important that you get a high-quality kit, because we both know how many low-quality products that are out there in this day and age.

With that said, let's dive into the good stuff.

A kit usually consists of:

- An enema bag
- A nozzle
- Rubber hose
- Instructions
- A hook to hang the bag

The bag can be changed to a bucket instead. Some people prefer a bucket because it is easier to fill, you can see how much solution is left and it doesn't need to be hung from anywhere.
