You do not have to take anything other than the tablet. Although I would recommend eating healthy and avoiding any junk foods to really get the full benefits.

You cannot expect 1 tablet to overcome a pile of junk food. Eat your fruits, veggies and oatmeal if you decide to try this cleansing kit.

The cost for a regular one-time kit is $79.90 + $9.95 shipping. You can also get $20 off + free shipipng if you choose the autoship program which basically means that they will send you a new batch every month or so.

I wouldn't recommend it though. If you've never tried this product and really want to try it then go with the regular order and try it out. That way you won't have another box of colon cleansers waiting for you when you realize it didn't work!

The things I don't like...

They use tablets instead of capsules (high heat is used in tablets).
Their company has a spotty customer service record.
The guy running this company (Klee Irwin) has a shady past.
Many complaints on their product and service.

I'm not even going to put up a list of what I like, because that list doesn't exist :)

A company simply must have good customer service, you simply cannot neglect the customer!
